These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tengri Global Tracking System ("Tengri", the "Service"), operated by Royal Steel Group Teknoloji Çelik ve Dış Ticaret Ltd Şti ("Company", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Tengri. By using the Service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
Tengri offers Free, Personal, Professional, API Standard and API Pro plans. Paid subscriptions are billed in U.S. Dollars (USD), processed by our payment provider (PayTR). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Tengri aggregates real-time data from public and licensed third-party sources (FlightRadar24, AIS streams, NASA FIRMS, USGS, CelesTrak, and others). While we strive for accuracy, the data is provided "as is" and may contain delays, errors, or omissions. Tengri must not be used as the sole basis for any safety-critical, navigational, or operational decision.
The Service, including its interface, code, brand and original content, is owned by the Company and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create within the Service.
API plan customers receive a unique API key bound to their account. You are responsible for keeping your API key confidential. We reserve the right to suspend keys that exceed plan quotas or that we reasonably suspect are being abused.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or engage in activity that risks the security or integrity of the Service. You may terminate your account at any time.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including (but not limited to) merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye, except where applicable consumer protection laws of the user's country provide otherwise.
