This Distance Sale Agreement (the "Agreement") is concluded between Royal Steel Group Teknoloji Çelik ve Dış Ticaret Ltd Şti ("Seller") and the customer ("Buyer") who places an order for a paid Tengri subscription through the website tengriapp.com. By completing the checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted this Agreement.

Buyer: The individual or business whose details were submitted during checkout.
This Agreement governs the online sale and delivery of a digital service subscription ("Tengri") under the Personal, Professional, API Standard or API Pro plan selected by the Buyer at checkout. The subscription provides access to real-time tracking features and data feeds as described on the pricing page.
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and include all applicable digital service fees of the Seller. Any taxes, customs duties, or financial transaction charges required by the Buyer's local jurisdiction are the responsibility of the Buyer. The total price, including any taxes, is shown on the checkout page before payment.
Payment is processed online by our authorised payment provider PayTR. The Seller does not see, store or process the Buyer's card details. All card data is encrypted end-to-end and handled exclusively by the payment provider in compliance with PCI-DSS.
The subscription is a digital service and is activated automatically on the Buyer's account immediately after the Seller receives confirmation of successful payment from the payment provider. No physical delivery is involved.
Monthly subscriptions are valid for thirty (30) days and annual subscriptions for three hundred and sixty-five (365) days from the date of payment confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless the Buyer cancels from the account settings before the renewal date.
For digital service subscriptions, the Buyer has a withdrawal right of fourteen (14) days from the date of payment, provided that the digital service has not been substantially used. By starting to use the subscription features, the Buyer expressly consents to the immediate provision of the digital service and acknowledges that the withdrawal right may be lost upon full use of the service, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
Refund requests should be submitted to info@royalsteelgroup.com.tr. Approved refunds are processed within fourteen (14) business days through the original payment method.
The Seller undertakes to provide the Service with reasonable commercial effort. Brief, planned maintenance windows are not considered a service interruption. The Seller is not liable for delays or interruptions caused by upstream data providers (e.g., FlightRadar24, AIS streams, NASA FIRMS) or by force majeure events.
The Buyer agrees to provide accurate billing details, to keep their account credentials confidential, and to use the Service in compliance with the Terms of Service and applicable law.
Disputes arising from this Agreement are subject to the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, save where mandatory consumer protection laws of the Buyer's country of residence provide otherwise. The Buyer's local consumer protection bodies remain competent for disputes covered by such mandatory laws.
The Buyer's act of clicking the agreement checkboxes and completing the payment at tengriapp.com/checkout constitutes electronic acceptance of this Agreement. A copy of the Agreement, together with the order details, will be retained by the Seller and is available on request.
