This Pre-Sale Disclosure Form ("Disclosure") is provided to the Buyer in accordance with international consumer protection standards before the conclusion of a distance contract for a Tengri subscription. By proceeding with checkout, the Buyer acknowledges having read and understood this Disclosure.
The contract concerns the online purchase of a digital subscription service ("Tengri") offering real-time global tracking of flights, satellites, ships, and natural events. The Buyer selects one of the following plans:
All prices are denominated in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are displayed in full on the pricing and checkout pages, including any applicable digital service fees. The total price, broken down into subtotal and any taxes, is shown to the Buyer immediately before payment is taken. No further charges arise from the Seller other than those displayed.
Payment is collected online via the authorised payment provider PayTR (paytr.com). Accepted payment methods include Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards. All card data is encrypted and processed exclusively by the payment provider. The Seller never sees or stores raw card details.
The subscription is a digital service and is activated on the Buyer's Tengri account automatically upon successful payment confirmation. No physical delivery is involved. The Buyer can access the features immediately by signing in at tengriapp.com.
The Buyer has a withdrawal right of fourteen (14) days from the payment date for digital services, provided the service has not been substantially used. Where the Buyer expressly requests immediate access to the digital service and acknowledges the loss of the withdrawal right after such access, the right is deemed waived once the service is provided in full.
Refund requests must be submitted to info@royalsteelgroup.com.tr with the order number. Approved refunds are processed within fourteen (14) business days through the original payment method.
For any complaint about the Service, please contact the Seller through the channels above. The Buyer's mandatory local consumer protection authorities remain competent for disputes governed by their domestic consumer law.
By checking the acceptance box on the checkout page, the Buyer confirms that this Disclosure has been provided and understood prior to the conclusion of the distance contract.
